Physical and chemical properties
Ionization: non-ionic
Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid
Solubility: It should be dissolved and diluted with about 4 times cold water, and it must be stirred well before use.
Sameness: It can be mixed with most finishes.
Solid content: ≥98%
Application
1. It is used for pure polyester intermittent process and dyeing and bath processing (such as changing dyeing machine, jet dyeing machine, warp beam dyeing machine and package yarn dyeing machine, etc.).
Dosage TM: 2%-4%(owf)
Process flow: Put TM into a bath (PH5-5.5) when the water temperature is 40 °C, add dispersant and dye when the temperature is 60-80 °C, and then raise the temperature to 130 °C for 30-40 minutes.
2. It is used for pure polyester fabric, wool/polyester fabric, polyester/cotton fabric continuous processing technology.
Can be treated with resin, brightener, softener dosage: TM: 20-40g/l
Process flow: Dipping→ drying(110-130°C)→ baking(180-190°C/30 seconds)

250KG packaging, storage period of one year, according to general chemical storage
