Performance
Fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate [MES] is a high-efficiency surfactant and calcium soap dispersant, which has excellent detergency, hard water resistance, low irritation and toxicity, and its surface activity is better than that of sodium alkyl sulfonate (LAS). Safe and non-toxic, excellent performance and fully biodegradable, with outstanding environmental protection advantages, and has good wetting, decontamination, foaming, emulsification, solubilization and other properties, especially strong resistance to hard water, good dispersion of calcium soap, and still has excellent decontamination, foaming and wetting under hard water and phosphorus-free conditions.
Application
It is mainly used as a calcium soap dispersant such as block soap and soap powder, and has a good application prospect in powder, liquid and hard surface cleaning agents, and fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate [MES] is especially suitable for the manufacture of enzyme concentrated laundry detergent. Fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate [MES] can also be used as emulsifier, ore flotation agent, leather processing aid, rubber and elastomer release agent, chemical fiber spinning finishing agent, paint and lubricating oil dispersant, textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, pesticide wetting agent, dispersant, etc.
