Physicochemical properties
1. It is used to remove floating colors from reactive, dispersed and other dye-printed fabrics, and can be treated at low temperature to avoid staining the fabric, with a general dosage of 0.1 - 0.5 g/L.
2. It can scrub the oil stain on the finished product, especially for the degreasing stains of the finished silk product.
3. It is used as a dispersant in the dye bath of dispersed reduction and other dyes, and the dosage is 0.1 ~ 0.5 g/L.
4. It is used for the pre-dyeing treatment of acrylic fibers, washing oil stains, the treatment temperature is 50 °C, and the dosage of isooctanol polyoxyethylene ether JFC is 0.8 ~ 1 g/L.
5. It is used for high-pressure-bath dyeing process of nitrile and wool blended fabrics, and the general dosage is about 0.5%.
6. When isooctanol ethoxyethylene ether JFC is used as an emulsifier, its dosage is 10% of the weight of the emulsified oil.
Storage & Transportation
Packed in 200KG plastic drums, with a storage period of one year, it is transported according to general chemicals.
